Piperlynn Herrera moved to Oahu in 2012 with her husband and 4 children. A year after exploring the island and learning the Hawaiian culture, she took her experience in Interior Design and project management and began working along side of a development team. Piperlynn worked on the Oahu based development project as the developer’s assistant and later became the project manager. It was during this project that she was able to witness the joy of families purchasing their homes, and she knew she wanted to be a part of that. At the close of the project Piperlynn decided to become a Realtor and was licensed in 2016.
In that same year Piperlynn, her husband and now 5 children decided to move to Big Island, buy a house with land for the kids to run around, and to enjoy the more affordable, less hectic lifestyle Big Island offers. She views it as a place to focus on family and friends and let the troubles of city life float away. When not working through transactions with clients she enjoys spending time with her church and helping with community outreach programs. While the pace of life on the Big Island is known as slow and relaxing, Piperlynn’s passion for Real Estate and her heart to help people has not slowed a bit. In 2020 Piperlynn decided to join the team/brokerage Soldier to Soldier Hawaii Realty, believing she found a company and support system that shared the same enthusiasm and heart for helping people through real estate all on Hawaiian Islands. Her passion to connect, and serve her clients keeps her striving to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person she works with. Piperlynn believes that each client is awe-inspiring and they deserve her best. |
